How much can I get for my assets?

This is a very common question among our clients.

Some laboratories are not easy to assess since beyond their structures, their licenses can be very valuable to someone who needs them promptly.

It all depends on a good negotiation between supply and demand.

We base our valuations on different methods depending on the characteristics and profile of the specific asset. Sometimes we apply the usual EBITDA or SDCF coefficients.

Certain properties may have a distinctive feature that makes them much more valuable.

We propose to analyze the value of your assets and inventory carefully, its turnkey nature, its available licenses, permit management times, existing contracts, etc. among other parameters to be considered in the appraisal matrix.
