The three-phase electrical installation has a total installed capacity of up to 120 KW, and is distributed through sectional circuits.

It has an additional direct stabilized line essential by generator set and UPS. LED-type luminaires have been proposed in the ceiling in order to optimize electricity consumption according to the sector and comply with municipal requirements in terms of lumens level. It has individual split type hot-cold air conditioning units, conveniently distributed on each floor.

The outdoor units are installed on the roof as well as the air filtration (AHU) for the planting room in the microbiological laboratory.

It is equipped with: double door border autoclave, biosafety cabinets, glass material washing machine, metal hoods with ceramic stoneware coating, security cabinets, reagent cabinets and files.
